Inspection Comments | 8-10-20 STOPPED AT ESTABLISHMENT. OBSERVED MANY EMPLOYEES WITH MASKS ON BUT INCORRECTLY WORN UNDER THEIR NOSES. ONE EMPLOYEE WAS OBSERVED WITHOUT A MASK. SPOKE WITH ASSISTANT MANAGER, MONICA CALVIN ABOUT WEARING MASKS CORRECTLY SINCE IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING IN SUCH A SMALL KITCHEN. SHE SAID OKAY AND WILL BE MEETING WITH THE REGIONAL MANAGER THE NEXT DAY AND WILL BRING UP THE COMPLAINT. |
